Pursuant to the Agreement, the term "maintenance" covers the complex of technical and organizational measures to provide proper working and technical conditions of the frontier road bridges, without the alteration of their spatial arrangement and statistical parameters, their load-carrying capability being preserved.
According to the Agreement, the border line between Ukraine and Moldova Republic on the frontier road bridges goes either in the middle of the constructions or through their technological axis, according to the principles of Item 4 of Clause 3 of the Agreement between Ukraine and Moldova Republic on the State Border of 18 August 1999.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0147.
